This Offshore Transitional Services Agreement is dated as of July 27, 2009, by and between, E-House (China) Holdings Limited, an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“E-House”), on behalf of itself and other members of E-House Group, and CRIC Holdings Limited, an exempted company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (“CRIC”), on behalf of itself and other members of CRIC Group.
