This is an agreement by and among the undersigned parties for joint and cooperative action in operating an Inter local Law Enforcement Civil Disorder Unit, to be known as the Ogden/Weber CDU. The Agreement will be considered signed and effective as of the 1st day of June 2015 even though the actual signatures may be placed on the agreement on different dates.
