This Client Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Governing Board of the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio (“ESC of Northeast Ohio”), acting on behalf of Ohio Substitute Teacher Services (“OSTS”), and Shaker Heights City School District Board of Education (the “Client”).
