This Amendment of Oil and Gas Lease (“Agreement”) entered into this day of 2024, by Town of Johnstown whose address is P.O. Box 609, 101 W. Charlotte St., Johnstown, CO 80534, (herein referred to as “Lessor”), and PDC Energy, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, whose address is 1099 18th Street, Suite 1500, Denver, CO 80202 (herein referred to as “Lessee”).
