This Master OIXnet Registration Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) constitutes an agreement between Registrant listed above (“Registrant”) and the Open Identity Exchange (“OIX”), the operator of the OIXnet Registry (“OIXnet”). It sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to each submission of Qualified Material for registration on OIXnet that is submitted by Registrant on behalf of itself or an Authorizing Party.
