Thank you for the opportunity for Aqua Engineering (AQUA) to provide engineering services to the Spring Valley Metropolitan District No. 1 for on-call water and wastewater engineering. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you and the District. AQUA's principal engineer Bob Frachetti, PE will serve as the principal engineer in charge for these services provide under our Agreement. Bob’s resume is attached.
