This Amendment #2 (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment #2”) is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California; hereinafter referred to as “County” and Bellfree Contractors Inc., with a place of business at 11716 Babbitt Ave., Granada Hills, CA 91344-2437; hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties”.
