This agreement made and entered into this 7th day of July, 2021 between Klondike Tours Inc. (hereinafter referred to as CONTRACTOR) and the MUNICIPALITY of Skagway (hereinafter referred to as MUNICIPALITY) for the purpose of On-demand Shuttle Services.
