This service provides APC authorized service personnel at the customer’s location within a specified period of time. Parts, replacement battery, labor and travel are all included in this On-Site Service agreement. The On-Site Service from APC is available in four different configurations that allow the customer to determine how quickly APC should arrive on site for an unscheduled visit or emergency situation:

Monarch® Nationwide Service, PAXAR Americas, Inc. (“PAXAR”) agrees to provide and Customer agrees to accept the Maintenance service selected by Customer at the address specified on page one, on the machines/systems listed. The services provided will be billed at the Annual Rates specified on page one. The terms and conditions governing the provision of the services by PAXAR are set forth on page two and three of this Agreement.

When a fault occurs, the end customer or his reseller may log a call to the Zebra Technical Helpdesk, and provide full problem description. Zebra will then diagnose errors and malfunctions and suggest corrective actions. If the fault cannot be rectified via Telephone Support, Zebra will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch a Zebra or Zebra contracted on-site repair engineer to arrive during the next business day.

Spectrum Computer Services will perform services as provided for under this agreement, prepare a detail statement of work including: the date work was performed, start and ending times of the assignment, total hours worked and results achieved. Spectrum Computer Services will provide The Village of Olympia Fields the option of monthly billing or an initial full payment.
