This amendment (the “Amendment”) between the parties signing below (the “Parties”) amends the Existing Agreement as of October 4, 2023:

This transfer agreement provides transfer admission opportunities for graduates of Mount Wachusett Community College’s (MWCC) Associate of Science or Associate of Arts degree, who are academically qualified (2.0 or higher GPA) and are interested in completing their bachelor degree through Charter Oak State College (COSC). Students will complete a maximum of 87 transferrable and applicable college- level credits at MWCC and a minimum of 33 credits with Charter Oak State College.
