Dr. Lee Wood has developed specific practice building materials, procedures, and concepts and offers them in a program whereas the Director/Member desires to enroll in the said coaching services and program. The parties agree to the following benefits of membership as defined by Dr Wood: (up to 3 DCs hereinafter “Group” can receive coaching providing they all practice at the same location and participate in group coaching sessions. Individual coaching sessions maybe requested and grant per Dr Wood’s discretion.)
