This One-Time Fee Agreement (our “Agreement”) will serve as confirmation of the involvement of _Palisades Charter High School (“School") in the NFHS Network School Broadcast Program, powered by PlayOn! Sports, and will outline the terms and conditions of participation with 2080 Media, Inc. d/b/a PlayOn! Sports (“PlayOn”). Upon execution of the Agreement, School and PlayOn (collectively, the Parties) are subject to all of the terms and conditions within the Agreement.
