Owner is strongly urged to read this Warranty. None of the employees, workers, or other agents working on behalf of the Contractor are authorized to make any warranty other than this one, nor can they extend or in any way alter this Warranty. The Warranty gives the Owner specific legal rights in addition to those rights granted under Montana law.
