This Online Channel Access Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the undersigned “Customer” and Fifth Third Bank, NA (“Bank”) and is effective as of the later date executed by Bank and set forth on the Signature Page (the “Effective Date”). Capitalized terms shall have the meaning provided in this Agreement, including Section 17 below, or if not defined in this Agreement, the meaning provided in the Commercial Account Rules.
