This Online Home Banking Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Bar-Cons Federal Credit Union Online Home Banking services offered to you. The Online Home Banking service permits you to electronically initiate account transactions involving your accounts and communicate with Bar-Cons Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you”, “your” and “yours” mean those who request and use Online Home Banking, any joint owners of accounts accessed under this Agreement or any authorized users of this service. The words “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Bar- Cons Federal Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more accounts you have with the Credit Union. By requesting and using the Online Home Banking service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments.

This agreement explains the terms and conditions for using our Online Home Banking Service and provides certain disclosures and information to you concerning the service. Each of your accounts at Scott & White Employees Credit Union is also governed by the applicable account disclosure/agreement and Truth in Savings disclosure you received when you opened your account. In this disclosure, our Online service is known as "Home Banking" service. When you accept these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are an Authorized User acting with full authority, and you are duly authorized to execute this Agreement.
