This Hudl Master Subscription Agreement (this “MSA”) is entered into between Hudl and the customer identified on the online registration section (“Customer”), effective upon as of the date of the acceptance of the terms hereunder (“Effective Date”). Capitalized terms are defined in Section 14 and elsewhere in this Agreement. This MSA and the Order Form govern Customer’s access to and use of the Products. If there are any conflicts between this MSA and the Order Form the Order Form prevails over this MSA solely with respect to its respective subject matter. The MSA and any Order Forms shall be referred to as this “Agreement”.
