This SouthState Bank Online Payment System Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Online Payment System. The use of the SouthState Online Payment System requires that you read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agree- ment. Any use of the Online Payment System by you or anyone you authorize is your acknowledgment that you have read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, do not use the Online Payment System.
