By this License between Begell House, Inc. and the institution named below (“Subscribing Institution”). Begell House, Inc. grants the Subscribing Institution, at its Authorized Site, the right to access, via the Begell Digital Library online service, the full text electronic versions of the Begell House journals (the “Online Journals”), proceedings (the “Online Proceedings”), databases (the “Online Data- bases”), references (the “Online References”), and electronic books (the “E-Books”) (collectively referred to herein as “Online Prod- ucts”) for which the Subscribing Institution maintains a subscription, subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in Section II, all of which are hereby agreed to by Begell House, Inc. and the Subscribing Institution
