Provided that (referred to herein as the “Licensee”), agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license agreement (the “License”), the Licensee will be granted the right to use the Licensed Material (as hereinafter defined) under the terms and conditions of this License. License terms set forth can apply to any Taylor & Francis Reference Online titles listed in Exhibit A and as may be added to the list of online publications from time to time and by amendment at a later date. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply, and shall automatically be incorporated, into any License Order (or renewals thereof) issued hereunder.
