This document “Agreement on the Terms and Conditions of Providing Online Ticket Sale Service for Events” (hereinafter - the Agreement) pursuant to Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation is a public offer of Lastick Limited Liability Company (hereinafter - Lastick) (125424, Russian Federation, Moscow, st. Letnaya, house 99, building 3, floor 2, pom. XXX, office. 36, PSRN 1187746760178), addressed to Customers wishing to purchase tickets for events through the Online Sales System, conclude the Agreement under the terms and conditions set out below. Prior to purchase the tickets, the Customer shall review this offer-agreement. Purchase of a ticket through the Online Sales System shall mean the Customer’s review and full consent with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the Customer’s obligation to comply with these terms and conditions hereof.
