This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of your use of the Onshape Software and Service. Your use of, and participation in, certain aspects of the Service may be subject to additional terms (“Supplemental Terms”). Such Supplemental Terms will either be listed in the Agreement or will be presented to you for your acceptance when you sign up to use the supplemental service. If any term of this Agreement is inconsistent with the Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms shall control with respect to the aspect or aspects of the Service covered thereby.
