This Open Collaboration-Open Publication Agreement (“Agreement”) is between (“University”) and ABC Corporation (“ABC”). This Agreement is effective from the date it is signed by the last Party (“Effective Date”) and remains in effect until terminated in writing by UNIVERSITY or ABC on thirty days written notice.
