AGREEMENT made the day of February 2021, by and among the WEST CHESTER LIBRARY ASSOCIATION, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation also known as the WEST CHESTER PUBLIC LIBRARY, with its principal address at 415 North Church Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania 19380 (hereinafter called “Mortgagor”), THE BOROUGH OF WEST CHESTER, a political subdivision within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania whose address is 401 East Gay Street, West Chester, Pennsylvania 19380 (hereinafter called “Owner”) and FULTON BANK, N.A. with an office at One Penn Square, Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17602 (hereinafter called “Mortgagee”).
