An Open House can only be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday from the hours of 1 PM to 4 PM. One sign will be placed outside the community on Imperial Parkway by Guard House. One sign may be placed in front of the home. Directions or maps may be given to the gate staff to distribute. Form must be submitted no less than 48 hours prior to event and no later than Thursday at 1 PM. Variances to the date and time must be approved in writing by the Property Manager.
