THIS AMENDMENT to that certain Operating Agreement for Non-Signatory Passenger Air Carriers (Agreement) at Tampa International Airport, dated May 7, 2015, by and between the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida (Authority), and DEUTSCHE LUFTHANSA AG, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Country of Germany and authorized to conduct business in the State of Florida (Company) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as Party or Parties) is entered into this day of , 2020 (Amendment No. 1).
