This Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) of FLINT HILL ROAD, LLC (the “Company”) is executed as of December 15, 2000, by ALLIED WASTE NORTH AMERICA, INC., a Delaware corporation, the sole member of the Company (the “Member”), and shall bind the Member, the Company, and any other person who may acquire any interest in the Company.
