This Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) of FRONTIER WASTE SERVICES (COLORADO), LLC (the “Company”) is executed as of May 17, 2001, by FRONTIER WASTE SERVICES, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, the sole member of the Company (the “Member”), and shall bind the Member, the Company, and any other person who may acquire any interest in the Company. This Agreement shall supercede and replace the Company’s Regulations, dated April 25, 2001, in their entirety.
