AULLS III, NATHAN H. TROMBETTI, THOMAS B. BALL, III and JOSEPH E. MUEHL (hereinafter referred to individually as "Member" or collectively as "Members"). WHEREAS, the Members have caused Articles of Organization to be filed with the Florida Secretary of State's office forming a Florida limited liability company under the name SILC HOLDINGS LLC, effective April 9, 2014; WHEREAS, in the event additional Members are admitted, this Operating Agreement will be applicable to all Members; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the MUTUAL covenants and promises set forth herein, the parties hereby agree as follows: ARTICLE I Definitions The following terms used in these Regulations shall have the following meanings (unless otherwise provided herein): a.
