This agreement is made the day of between The Award Scheme Limited, whose registered address is Gulliver House, Madeira Walk, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1EU ("ASL") and the Operating Authority named below upon and subject to the terms and conditions appended hereto ("the Terms and Conditions"). ASL is the trading company acting on behalf of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award charity.
