Drivalia Lease Finland Oy (“Drivalia”) leases to a private individual (“Customer”) a vehicle with its accessories owned by Drivalia (“Vehicle”). The operating leasing agreement concerning the Vehicle (“Contract”), to which these Operating Leasing Terms For Private Lease (“Terms”) apply, is based on an offer by Drivalia accepted by the Customer and a positive credit decision by Drivalia.
