AGRICULTURAL ASSOCIATION, an institution of the State of California (“District”) and LAFC SPORTS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LAFC”). District and LAFC are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each a “Party.” For clarity, District and State may be used interchangeably in this OEA and no legal significance will be implied from the use of either term to the exclusion of the other.
