THIS AGREEMENT is effective July 1, 2018 between the Board of Trustees of the California State University on behalf of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly), one of 23 campuses in the California State University system (collectively CSU or the University), the City of San Luis Obispo (City), the County of San Luis Obispo, a political subdivision of the State of California (County), and the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire).
