One of the most attractive and unique advantages to living at LSV is its location next to Lake Fontaine. The Lake is owned and managed by the Lakeview Estates Lake Association (LELA). LELA’s governing documents provide limited access to the Lake by LSV. LELA employs a security patrol on the Lake to ensure compliance with its Rules and Regulations, as well as state and local laws and ordinances. This policy sets forth procedures to be followed by homeowners who wish to make use of the Lake for themselves, approved Lessees and accompanied invited guests. A storage area for Owners’ properly registered and stickered watercraft is located at the south-eastern corner of LSV property, next to Lake Fontaine and closest to Unit 117. A common property dock for temporary attachment of homeowners’ properly registered and stickered watercraft is located directly behind the Clubhouse. (For the purpose of this policy, watercraft attached to the LSV dock will be considered to be on LSV property).
