THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2023, by and between the City of Maple Grove (“CITY”) and the Maple Grove Parks and Recreation Board, an appointed board of the Board of Maple Grove authorized by Maple Grove City Code § 22-31 and Minn. Stat. § 512.501 (“BOARD”) (collectively “MAPLE GROVE”), and Osseo Maple Grove Hockey Association (hereinafter referred to as the “OMGHA”).
