This OPERATIONS PLAN AND AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 31st day of August, 2009, and revised as required by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) on January 26, 2010 for approval by and among the permit owners listed on the signature pages hereto and any other permit owners that are admitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (each, a “Member” and, collectively, the “Members”) for participating in the Tri- State Sector for the Fishing Year (FY) 2010 (May 1, 2010 – April 30, 2011).
