THIS AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF TRUST is made as of August 16, 2013, as amended as of June 29, 2018 to reflect the change in the name of the Trust from “Oppenheimer Global Value Fund” to “Oppenheimer Global Focus Fund,” for the purpose of forming a Delaware statutory trust in accordance with the provisions hereinafter set forth.
