, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between, Green Horizon Opportunity Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and other such funds as managed by Calendar Islands Capital Advisors, LLC for which those funds shall become parties to this Agreement by joinder through execution of an Exhibit A hereto (the “Joinder”) (each a “Joinder Fund”) and together with Green Horizon Opportunity Fund, LLC, are individually a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds, and NESF Investment Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of NES Financial Corp., a California corporation (“Administrator” or “NESF”). The Funds and the Administrator may be referred to hereinafter individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
