As of the effective date (“Effective Date”) specified on Exhibit A attached to this Product License Agreement (“Agreement”), AMPL Optimization LLC. (“AMPL”) hereby grants to the customer specified on Exhibit A (“Customer”), and Customer hereby accepts from AMPL, a non-exclusive, non- transferable limited right and license to use the Products subject to the terms and conditions specified below.
