Detail: Every six or seven years Barton has to replace the hardware which runs the college Student Information System. Whenever the hardware is replaced, Oracle requires Barton to purchase new licenses based on the number of virtual and physical CPU’s. In October these licenses must be renewed. The only place we can purchase the licenses is from Ellucian the software provider of the Student Information System.

This license agreement includes the terms and definitions provided below and the order you previously completed. Your order is not effective until accepted by us.
