ORAL HISTORY PROJECT INTERVIEW AGREEMENT The purpose of the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute's Oral History Project is to gather and preserve historical information by means of audio and/or video recorded interviews. Recordings and transcripts resulting from such interviews become a part of the Archives Department of the Institute. The undersigned hereby irrevocably grants to the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute the right to use, reproduce, or incorporate in any manner whatsoever, in all forms of media now in existance or created in the future, including, but not limited to, broadcast, print, website rebroadcast, audio/video streaming, and reproduction, in perpetuity, worldwide, all or any portion of the material described herein.
