This Master Contract for Architectural Services (“Contract”) is entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the City of Port Orange, a Florida municipal corporation, whose principal address is 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida 32129 (the “City”), and Schenkel & Shultz, Inc., a Florida corporation whose principal address is 200 East Robinson Street, Suite 300, Orlando, Florida 32801 (“Architect”). The City and Architect are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
