This Order Form is issued subject to the provisions of the Framework Agreement entered into between Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Authority and the Contractor on [DATE] ("Framework Agreement"). The Contractor agrees to supply the Goods and/or Services specified below and subject to the terms of this Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, this Contract consists of the terms set out in this Order Form and the Call-Off Terms, together with the Schedules thereto.
