This Scheduling Electricity Service Supplier Operating Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 20 , by and between the Electricity Service Supplier, or control area operator “ ” (the “Scheduling ESS”), a organized and existing under the laws of the State of , and PacifiCorp (the “Utility”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon.
