The AMERICAN CANOE ASSOCIATION, (hereinafter referred to as “ACA”) and hereinafter referred to as “the Affiliate”) enter into this Affiliate Organization Agreement to enroll the Organization in the ACA’s Affiliate Organization Insurance program, and to promote both organizations to the paddlesports community in general. This agreement lists the roles and responsibilities of ACA and the Affiliate and sets forth the procedures and requirements for obtaining ACA insurance.
