ContractOrganization/Professional Service Contractor Agreement • March 12th, 2023
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO (“Fourth Amendment”) to the Organization/Professional Service Contractor Agreement (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is dated for convenience February 22, 2023, and is made in San Francisco, California, by and between the San Francisco Unified School District (“District”) and Infosys Ltd. (“Contractor” or “Infosys”), collectively the “Parties”. The defined terms in this Fourth Amendment shall have the same meaning assigned to them as in the Agreement, dated October 11, 2019, unless the definition is new, then it shall have the meaning assigned to them in this Agreement.
