This Organization Services and Recognition Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between the organization executing this Agreement (the “Organization”) and USA Football, Inc., a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and a public charity exempt from Federal income taxation under Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, with its principal place of business at 45 North Pennsylvania Street, Suite 800, Indianapolis, IN 46204 (“USAFB”).
