Florida Health Sciences Center, Inc. d/b/a Tampa General Hospital (TGH), the University of South Florida (USF), and certain community physician practices (Other Clinics) (jointly hereafter referred to as “We” or “Us”) have agreed to participate in an organized health care arrangement (OHCA).
