This Agreement made this xx day of xxxx 2014 Between Canara Bank a body corporate constituted under the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970, having its registered Office at 112, J.C.Road Bangalore – 560002, represented by xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. (Hereinafter termed as the "CANARA BANK") which expression shall be deemed to include all their assigns and successors in title and M/s.xxxxxxxxxx, incorporated under the companies Act 1956 and having its Registered Office at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, hereinafter called "THE COMPANY" which expression shall include its successors and assigns.
