This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate with the ourWorld Affiliate Marketing Program, and the establishment of links from your Website to ourWorld.com. As used in this Agreement, "we," "us" or "ourWorld" means FlowPlay, Inc. dba ourWorld.com, and "you," "your" or "Affiliate," means the affiliate.
