This document describes the specification and standards pertaining to the additional pharmacy service for the provision of out of hours pharmaceutical services. This document does not constitute a Service Level Agreement (SLA) although the provisions within the document may be contained within any SLA between a Local Health Board and pharmacy contractor for the provision of the service.
